Sales Associate

Part-time Sales Associate role focusing on customer service in a Rockler Woodworking store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, explaining and demonstrating woodworking supplies and tools, processing sales at the POS, promoting the "Total solution" by suggesting related products/services, maintaining an organized and well-stocked sales floor, handling refunds per procedures, referring customers for items not in stock, and assisting with unloading, pricing, and merchandising as needed. Requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work as part of a team with a strong service orientation. High school diploma or GED is required; woodworking knowledge and retail sales experience are desirable.
