Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Pilates studio supports the General Manager in achieving studio sales goals and delivering strong customer service. Responsibilities include executing full sales process from lead generation to closing, conducting studio tours for prospects, staying knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas, participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio, helping maintain a clean and inviting environment, and developing selling skills with other duties as assigned. Compensation includes $16-18/hr plus commission, with opportunities for growth within the studios.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
