Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Pilates studio in Palo Alto (Part Time). Responsible for executing full sales process from lead generation to closing, conducting studio tours with prospects, maintaining knowledge of products, programs, and pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas, and participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio. Supports the General Manager in achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Requires English fluency, strong communication, client-relations skills, proficiency with Club Ready, and willingness to travel for events. Compensation includes hourly wage of $18.25 plus commission with average total earnings of $19-23/hr; location: Palo Alto, CA. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, inviting environment and developing selling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
