Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Pilates studio (Maple Grove, MN) responsible for executing full sales process from lead generation to closing, conducting studio tours for prospective clients, knowledge of products/programs and pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quota, participating in community events to promote the studio, maintaining a clean, inviting space, and supporting the GM in achieving sales goals. Role requires excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, proficiency with Club Ready software, English fluency, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel occasionally; compensation includes hourly wage with potential commission and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
