Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Club Pilates studio under NEW OWNERSHIP; support the General Manager (GM) in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. Primary responsibilities include assisting the GM with sales and customer relations, conducting studio tours for new prospects, following full sales process (lead generation, follow up, closing), meeting/exceeding sales goals, booking quality appointments to reach monthly quota, representing the studio at grassroots/community events, promoting products/programs/pricing, keeping the studio environment inviting, developing selling skills, and performing other duties as assigned. Part-time role with hourly wage of $12-15/hour plus commission; opportunities for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions. Travel as needed. Locations: Summerlin, NV.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed Part time
