Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Pilates studio supported by the GM to drive sales and customer relations. Responsibilities include executing the full sales process (lead generation, follow-up, closing), conducting studio tours for new prospects, knowing products/programs/pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas, participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio, maintaining a clean, inviting environment, and developing selling skills. Part-time role with hourly wage of $16.50 plus commission and potential total earnings of $17-22/hour; opportunity for growth within the studios including additional sales and management positions. Location: Milwaukie, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email
- Proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Part time
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
