Job Summary
Execute full sales process for a Pilates studio: lead generation, follow-up, and closing; meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager; conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport; be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing; emphasize the studio's fitness and wellness objectives; book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas; participate in grassroots/community events to promote the studio; assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment; develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email
- Proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
