Sales Associate

Sales Associate at a Club Pilates studio in North Las Vegas area. Responsibilities include executing the full sales process from lead generation, follow-up, and closing, conducting studio tours for new prospects, maintaining knowledge of products, programs and pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas, participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio, helping maintain a clean and inviting environment, and developing selling skills while performing other duties as assigned. Requirements include excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills; ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system; fluent English with strong in-person, phone, and email communication; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; proficient computer skills; and occasional travel as needed. Daily travel may be required; part-time role with potential growth opportunities.
