Job Summary
Sales Associate to support the General Manager with lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales for a Pilates studio. Responsibilities include conducting studio tours for prospects, building rapport, staying knowledgeable about products/programs/pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly quotas, participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and developing selling skills along with other duties as assigned. Requires excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, proficiency with Club Ready software, English fluency, and the ability to work under pressure; occasional travel may be required. Part-time role with hourly wage $16-17 plus commission; average total earnings $17-22/hour. Location: Sherwood, OR.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
