Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate at a Pilates studio to support the General Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining customer service. Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
- Part time role with responsibilities including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales
- Ability to conduct studio tours and build rapport with prospects
- Knowledge of products, programs and pricing in the studio
- Ability to book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
