Job Summary
Sales Associate at a Pilates studio focused on supporting the General Manager to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include executing the full sales process from lead generation to closing, conducting studio tours to build rapport, maintaining knowledge of products, programs and pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas, participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and developing selling skills with other duties as assigned. Requires strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, ability to learn Club Ready software, English fluency, and the ability to work under pressure with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications

- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone and email
- Proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
