Job Summary
Sales Associate to support the General Manager in achieving the studio's sales goals and maintain excellent customer service. Responsibilities include executing full sales process from lead generation to closing, conducting studio tours for new prospects, staying knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing, booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas, participating in grassroots/community events to promote the studio, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and developing selling skills with other duties as assigned. Requires strong sales, communication, and customer service skills, ability to learn Club Ready, fluency in English, ability to work under pressure, proficiency with computers, and occasional travel. Part-time position based in Oceanside, CA with potential for growth and commission-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Daily and/or occasional travel may be required
- Attend special events and trainings as needed
