Job Summary
Execute the full sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing to meet monthly quotas set by the General Manager. Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and book quality appointments. Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment while promoting the studio at grassroots community events such as health fairs and marathons. This role requires fluency in English, proficiency with Club Ready software, and the ability to work under pressure. Part-time hours are available with an hourly wage of $16-17 plus commission. Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Daily and/or occasional travel
- Attend special events and trainings
