Job Summary
Execute the full sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing to meet monthly quotas set by the General Manager. Conduct studio tours with new prospects to build rapport and book quality appointments. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment while promoting the studio at grassroots community events like health fairs and marathons. Assist the GM in achieving sales goals through direct interaction with members and prospective clients. Fluent in English with strong communication skills required to handle in-person, phone, and email inquiries. Part-time schedule with opportunity for growth into additional sales and management roles.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Daily and/or occasional travel
- Attend special events and trainings
