Job Summary
Develop long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling; contribute to boutique sales performance and achieve individual action plans; share the Maison's heritage and creations with passion and authenticity; assist clients with after-sales services including repairs and pickups; collaborate with the boutique team to ensure a seamless in-store journey; participate in boutique events and Maison activations when required; bring a customer-first mindset, elegant communication, and genuine interest in High Jewelry to deliver an elevated client experience in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a client-centric environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build long-term client relationships
- Curiosity about High Jewelry, craftsmanship, and the Maison's story
- Team player in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
