Job Summary
As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Associate delivers a personalized luxury client experience across the full client journey in-store, leveraging deep product knowledge and clienteling to build lasting relationships. Responsibilities include achieving individual and collective sales targets through consultative selling, identifying and converting client opportunities, collaborating with the team to enhance sales performance and client interactions, maximizing revenue per client interaction, and upholding Maison etiquette. Responsibilities also cover warm client reception, needs assessment, personalized service, accurate client data management, event participation to deepen client engagement, inventory and stock management, participation in visual merchandising initiatives, and supporting boutique operations with agile, service-oriented execution. Key competencies include a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of retail experience in luxury watches/jewelry, strong selling skills and service orientation, multilingual communication (English and Thai required; Mandarin/Russian advantageous), adaptability, teamwork, digital proficiency, and willingness to travel for training and events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in Watches and Jewellery luxury retail
- Fluent in English and Thai; Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Russian an added advantage
