Job Summary
Ambassador of the Maison delivering a unique client experience before, during and after a sale in a Richemont luxury boutique. Drives sales targets, develops and maintains a client portfolio, participates in daily boutique operations, and acts as a brand ambassador. Masters the sales process (welcome, discovery, convince, close, develop), negotiates with clients, handles objections, and transmits the Maison’s passion and values. Builds strong client relationships, conducts targeted CRM actions, participates in client events, supports inventory and boutique visual merchandising, and assists with opening/closing procedures and special projects. Strong interpersonal and sales skills, product knowledge, and client acumen are expected.
