Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships by resolving issues effectively and maintaining a "customer comes first" attitude. Execute daily retail operations including POS transactions, receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and merchandising tasks. Ensure store standards through visual displays, housekeeping, maintenance, and fitting room upkeep while adhering to loss prevention policies. Develop loyalty and drive growth by understanding customer needs and contributing to the team's success. Maintain current product knowledge and demonstrate upbeat, optimistic presentation skills in a seasonal role.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience preferably in apparel
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
- Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining to store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
- Self-starter and uses good judgment in all situations
- Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment
- Upbeat, optimistic, passionate and friendly
- Ability to understand the needs of the customer
- Ability to build buy-in to an idea, a decision, an action, a product, or a service
