Sales Associate

Provide exceptional customer service in a Talbots store environment, actively engage with customers to promote products, build relationships, and drive sales through knowledgeable fashion guidance, outfit coordination, and clientelling. Responsibilities include assisting management to grow store business, executing service enhancements, replenishment and operational tasks, and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and trends. Requires ability to multi-task, stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
