Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships. Assist the management team to build store business by supporting service enhancers and actively using the Concierge tool. Service multiple customers at a time while multi-tasking and handling projects simultaneously. Be aware of fashion trends, seek information about new arrivals, and use product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items that match customer needs. Maximize individual performance by participating in learning opportunities, accepting direction, coaching, and feedback. Achieve sales and service metrics in key measurable areas including clienteling, outreach, appointment setting, and Talbots Classic Awards. Complete assigned operational projects including filling orders, replenishment, and recovery.
