Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service to promote Talbots products, build brand relationships, and support store management in achieving sales and service metrics. Leverage fashion knowledge to fit customers, create outfits, and suggest items; participate in store operations like replenishment and order filling; maintain awareness of fashion trends and product knowledge to enhance clienteling and outreach. Must be able to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs; requires open availability for 15–20 hours weekly with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
