Job Summary
Sales Associate at Talbots store in Monroe, LA. Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience, promote products, and build brand relationships. Support management to grow store business, engage in clientelling/outreach, appointment setting, and utilize Concierge. Stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge to create outfits for customers. Contribute to achieving sales and service metrics (clientelling/outreach, appointment setting, Talbots Classic Awards) and complete operational tasks (filling orders, replenishment, recovery). Requires selling competence, styling expertise, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift/carry/move at least 40 lbs. Open availability for 15–20 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
