Sales Associate

Provide exceptional customer service and sales support for Talbots in-store team. Responsibilities include delivering a meaningful customer experience, applying product knowledge to create outfits, actively assisting management to grow store business, utilizing Concierge and other service enhancers, handling multiple customers, and achieving sales/service metrics through clientelling/outreach, appointment setting, and brand-building activities. Must be comfortable with standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and maintaining open availability (15–20 hours per week) with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
