Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience and build brand relationships while driving sales for Talbots. Tasks include assisting customers with styling, creating outfits using product knowledge, supporting store management in business-building activities, performing operational duties such as replenishment and order fulfillment, and meeting sales/service metrics through clientelling and outreach. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 lbs, and having flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise and possess a love of fashion.
- Strong communication skills and team orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
