Sales Associate

Provide an exceptional and meaningful customer service experience that promotes the product and builds brand relationships. Demonstrate selling competence, styling expertise, and a love of fashion to help customers, build relationships, and meet sales goals. Support management in store operations and service initiatives, including clienteling/outreach and appointment setting. Utilize product knowledge to create outfits and suggest items that meet customer needs, stay informed on fashion trends, and navigate the iPad/handheld POS system. Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment, maintain accuracy in replenishment and operational tasks, and be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Maintain physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Location: Riverhead, NY; Regular/Part-time role at Talbots in-store team.
