Job Summary
Sales Associate at Ann Taylor responsible for connecting with customers and guiding their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations, maintaining organized merchandise on the sales floor, collaborating with the team to create welcoming in-store experiences, and leveraging product knowledge to drive brand loyalty. Must help uphold visual and operational standards, use available tools for an omnichannel experience, and support store leadership in achieving goals. Requires hospitality mindset and flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays) with proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system.
