Job Summary
Provide an exceptional customer service experience, leveraging fashion knowledge to create outfits, build brand relationships, and achieve sales/service goals in a Talbots store. Responsibilities include assisting management to grow the store business, servicing multiple customers, utilizing Concierge and product knowledge to inform customers on arrivals and fit, staying informed on fashion trends, and contributing to a collaborative team environment while maintaining store operations and achieving sales metrics.
