Sales Associate – Retail Banking.

Acquire new retail customers, onboard them onto banking products, and promote savings, current accounts, loans, and digital banking services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive retention while achieving assigned sales and revenue targets. Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues promptly, and support deposit mobilization and loan growth initiatives. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate customer records. Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and outreach activities.
