Job Summary
Greet customers, facilitate their experience, and convert them to buyers by asking for the sale while ensuring they leave with the complete package. Provide outstanding service by answering product questions, informing clients of discounts and promotions, and conducting efficient range check-ins. Maintain range timers, ensure compliant firearm rental processes, and communicate safety issues via radios to the Range Safety Officer. When acting as an ecommerce picker, check the dashboard hourly to pick new orders. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of sales experience, and availability for flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 21 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service sales experience
- Ability to understand, recall and follow complex compliance regulations
- Ability to work with highly confidential information
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years of age
