Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive, and authentic customer experience by focusing on full-price selling while maintaining awareness of product value and promotions. Handles customer situations in compliance with policy, attempts to solve for yes, and partners with leadership on escalated issues. Executes visual directives, maintains store cleanliness, and actively participates in store contests to support sales and operational goals. Supports digital sales strategies including ship from store and BOPIS. Upholds all company policies, loss prevention protocols, and financial priorities while reflecting the PacSun brand through passion for fashion and trends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in math
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
