Job Summary
Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations. Maintain merchandising and visual standards while assisting with daily store operations, including opening and closing, restocking, and processing transactions. Stay current on product features, benefits, and promotions to confidently share accurate information. This role requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing ladders for merchandising. Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or guest service experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders for merchandising and stock
- Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
