Job Summary
Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations. Maintain merchandising and visual standards while assisting with daily store operations, including opening, closing, restocking, and processing transactions. Stay current on product features, benefits, and promotions to confidently share accurate information. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment. Requires ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and climb ladders. 1+ year of retail experience preferred. Competitive hourly wage with extended health benefits for 28+ hours and an employee discount program.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail or guest service experience
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs
- Comfortable climbing ladders for merchandising and stock
- Open availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
