Job Summary
Part-Time Luxury Sales Associate in a Boston boutique, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience, actively driving sales through cross-selling and client outreach, maintaining a client book, meeting or exceeding sales and KPI targets, executing visual merchandising and inventory management, handling POS transactions with accuracy, participating in trainings, and upholding company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention. The role requires strong customer service, presentation, and brand-aligned conduct in a luxury retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred
- Proficient with POS systems and retail technology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and sales-driven
- Professional presentation and adherence to Wolford’s dress code standards
