Job Summary
Greet customers courteously, assist with product inquiries, and process transactions using cash registers and POS systems. Maintain a clean, organized store by stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and removing expired items. Monitor inventory levels, handle cash and coupons accurately, and address customer complaints professionally. Collaborate with team members during opening and closing procedures while adhering to food safety and security protocols. Perform cleaning tasks including sweeping and sanitizing surfaces. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior experience in retail is preferred.
