Job Summary
Greet customers, answer product inquiries, and operate cash registers to process transactions accurately. Stock shelves and coolers, monitor inventory levels, and remove expired items while maintaining a clean store environment. Handle customer complaints professionally and follow food safety procedures for perishable goods. Collaborate with team members during opening and closing procedures and assist with cleaning tasks. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is preferred.

- Must have basic math skills for handling transactions, making change, and calculating discounts
- Must have excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
- Must have strong verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Must have attention to detail and the ability to organize and arrange merchandise effectively
- Must have knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Must have experience with operating cash registers or POS systems
