Job Summary
Part-time Sales Associate responsible for delivering excellent customer service, helping customers select apparel and footwear, sharing knowledge about products, stocking and maintaining store presentation, and handling front- and back-of-store tasks including point of sale and omni-channel requests. Engage customers with product knowledge, promote the UA Rewards program, and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment while upholding company processes. Requires minimum age 16 (18 in California), ability to lift up to 25 lbs (12 kg), flexible schedule including holidays/nights/weekends, strong communication skills, local language fluency with basic English, and comfort with or willingness to learn technology.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg
- Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
- Flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform essential functions of the role
- Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
- Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
