Job Summary
Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture. Manage personal timecards to ensure payroll accuracy while adhering to all company policies and procedures. Embody the company culture of coaching by fostering Tumi elite and skill practicing continuously with the store team, providing constructive feedback, and demonstrating organizational core values. Ensure the store follows visual guidelines and directives, including cleanliness standards, and enforce excellent client services through utilizing client books, thank you cards, and executing event strategies. Complete quarterly goal setting for personal development while adjusting communication to the intended audience and remaining calm to deescalate situations.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of, if not passion for, the luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets
- Strong verbal and written skills
