Job Summary
Maintain store visual directives and housekeeping standards while mastering POS systems for transactions, merchandise transfers, and order fulfillment. Protect assets and inventory by enforcing loss prevention procedures and reporting violations to supervisors. Engage in clienteling to build long-term customer relationships, drive sales through conversion, and capture contact information for a loyal customer base. Assist with all other duties as required by store management. This role requires a minimum of one year of retail sales experience and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
