Sales Associate

Assist with store visual directives and maintain housekeeping standards. Develop proficiency in computer systems to ring transactions, manage merchandise transfers, and fulfill orders. Protect assets and inventory by monitoring loss prevention procedures and reporting violations. Engage in clienteling to build long-term customer relationships, drive sales through conversion, and capture contact information. Support store management with all other duties as required. This role reports to the Store Manager at Easton Town Center and involves a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
