Job Summary
Sales Associate to join an award-winning engineering-based cost segregation provider. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries via email or phone, following up on trade-show or meeting leads, sending templated proposals, generating new sales opportunities, scheduling client appointments with VP, utilizing CRM for data management and proposal creation, sending proposals via DocuSign, maintaining client activity in CRM, coordinating follow-ups (2-3 times weekly) on VP’s open proposals, and supporting finalization with CPA references. Training will cover listening to calls and talking points; duties also cover managing emails, calendar invites, and creating and coordinating campaigns (Constant Contact) on the VP’s behalf. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and 2-4 years in professional sales or business development, familiarity with CRM/office software, strong self-motivation, client relationship skills, and excellent written and verbal communication, plus ability to work in a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Sales or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in a professional sales or business development (or related) role
- Familiarity with office software, CRM, and phone systems
- Highly Self-motivated
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from a team leader
