Job Summary
Demonstrate personal customer service and selling skills aligned to Rocky's standards while advising customers on natural products and lifestyles. Encourage team members, complete in-store presentations to defined brand standards, and share customer feedback with the Store Leader to foster continuous improvement. Address customer concerns and complaints readily, strive to drive revenue and performance metrics including ATV and conversion, and report quality issues to ensure all products meet brand standards. Support a consistent customer experience through tidying, replenishment, and other assigned tasks. This permanent part-time role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week, including two closing shifts weekly and availability on two out of three weekend days. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
