Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers to sell tailored products and services while proactively identifying opportunities to enhance engagement. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals, utilizing the store's selling model to offer informed recommendations on print and customer service areas. Perform in-store print production, handle POS transactions including shipping, and fulfill intake or pick-up steps for customer orders via the dashboard, phone, and counter. Ensure machines are stocked with supplies, maintain merchandising standards, and accurately catalogue and bin print orders according to company protocols. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies while learning all product standards to meet audit and brand requirements.
