Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Contribute to the success of the print and customer service areas of the store by utilizing our selling model and learning all products and services to offer informed recommendations. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals. Perform in-store print production. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Engage with and sell to customers using tailored products and services to anticipate and meet future needs. Handle POS transactions including shipping and marketing tools to convert customers. Fulfill steps for intake or pickup of print orders, filter orders from the print dashboard, and manage phone and counter interactions. Ensure machines are stocked with paper, toners, and supplies. Catalogue print orders according to company standards and prioritize service paths. Maintain merchandising and signage standards and ensure inventory control following company protocols. Learn and maintain all standards in Print and Services, including checklists and brand standardization requirements.
