Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers to sell tailored products and services using our selling model. Perform in-store print production, including filtering orders from dashboards and counters, while ensuring machines remain stocked with paper and toners. Handle transactions via the POS system, manage shipping, and fulfill intake or pick-up steps for customer orders. Maintain merchandising standards, control inventory, and adhere to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Desired Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred)
