Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers to offer tailored products and services using our selling model. Handle transactions via the Point of Sale system, including shipping and marketing tools, while performing in-store print production and fulfilling intake or pickup orders. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals, ensuring machines remain stocked with supplies and maintaining merchandising standards. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies while accurately cataloguing and binning orders. Requires 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience and strong communication skills. Join a team focused on enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction through informed recommendations.
