Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers to offer tailored print and service recommendations. Collaborate with store leaders to set sales and margin goals while performing in-store print production and handling POS transactions. Fulfill intake and pick-up steps for customer orders, ensuring machines are stocked with paper and toners. Maintain merchandising standards in print and cash areas, accurately cataloguing and binning orders per company protocols. Adhere to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Requires 3 months to 1 year of retail experience with strong communication skills.
