Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers, offering tailored products and services using the store's selling model, and utilizing POS tools to handle transactions, shipping, and marketing conversions. Perform in-store print production by filtering orders from dashboards and counters, ensuring machines are stocked with supplies, and accurately cataloguing and binning orders while prioritizing service paths. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals, maintain Health & Safety and Privacy policies, and uphold merchandising standards in print and cash areas. Ensure all checklists, audits, and brand standardization requirements are met.
