Sales Associate-Print&Services

Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers to sell tailored products and services using the store's selling model. Perform in-store print production, handling transactions via the POS system, and fulfilling intake or pick-up steps for orders from the dashboard, phone, and counter. Ensure machines are stocked with supplies, catalogue and bin print orders accurately, and maintain merchandising standards in print and cash areas. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals while adhering to Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies.
