Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with all customers to sell tailored print and services products using our selling model. Perform in-store print production, including stocking machines with paper and toners, filtering orders from dashboards and counters, and accurately binning and prioritizing print jobs. Handle transactions via the POS system, manage inventory control, and maintain merchandising standards in print and cash areas while adhering to Health & Safety and privacy policies. Collaborate with store leaders to set and achieve sales and margin goals. Requires 3 to 12 months of retail experience and strong communication skills.

Desired Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred)
