Job Summary
Meet membership sales goals by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing memberships while educating guests on service enhancements. Successfully achieve performance-based targets for membership conversion, booking efficiency, call conversion, and gift card sales. Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events while maintaining spa cleanliness standards and performing various other duties as assigned. This role offers an uncapped commission structure with top performers earning an additional $2–$4 per hour.
